Scenes of devastation near Madrid after deadly floods in Spain leave a trail of destruction

« Footage shows scenes of devastation in El Alamo, southwest of Madrid, on Tuesday following flash floods in the area.
Vehicles could be seen tipped over while debris was scattered across the streets of the village.
The torrential rains mainly affected the regions of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha, south of the capital, cutting off access to many roads and railways.
The Spanish National Meteorological Agency is keeping seven regions on red flood alert as a result of the devastation left by the flooding, including Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and Basque Country. »
