Hasina, Sunak, Kishida, Ramaphosa touch down in New Delhi ahead of weekend’s G20 Summit

« Leaders of G20 members were seen arriving at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi on Friday, ahead of the weekend’s G20 Summit.
Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina, the UK’s Rishi Sunak and his wife Akshata Murthy, Fumio Kishida from Japan and his wife Yuko, and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa are shown disembarking from their planes.
They are also seen being greeted by a series of welcome delegations, as well as traditional dance performers, before walking to their waiting cars and departing from the airport.
The 18th G20 Summit, ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’, takes place in New Delhi on September 9-10 and sees India host its first ever meeting of leaders from the world’s largest industrialised and developing economies. »
