« Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi held a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the G20 summit in New Delhi on Sunday, to turn the page of a decade-long rift between the two countries.
The two delegations discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Egypt, enhancing trade exchange and cooperation in the field of energy, in addition to discussing regional and international issues.
The 18th G20 Summit, ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’, takes place in New Delhi on September 9-10 and sees India host its first ever meeting of leaders from the world’s largest industrialised and developing economies. »
