‘A good way to start’ – PSG fans rejoice as team starts UCL campaign with victory over Borussia Dortmund

« Paris Saint-Germain fans expressed their happiness following the final whistle in Paris on Tuesday night, as the Ligue 1 champions beat German side Borussia Dortmund to conquer their first victory in this year’s competition.
Footage shows fans gathered outside the Parc des Princes chanting songs to motivate PSG players, as well as supporters walking outside the stadium waving the club’s flag following the victory.
« It was a good match, with good content. A lot of ball possession, two goals scored, which is important. I think we could have scored more goals, but it was a very good game, » said one of the supporters.
The team’s midfielder Manuel Ugarte was highly praised by several fans following the match, as according to the club’s supporters, the Uruguayan is a ‘generous player’, who helps the team recover the ball from their opponents.
« It’s great to have a good midfield, » another PSG fan said.
French striker Kylian Mbappe and Moroccan defender Achraf Hakimi scored the goals that gave PSG the victory on Tuesday night. »
