Footage features protesters marching through streets holding banners and placards reading ‘Fighting for education’, ‘Teachers in meeting to defend education’, ‘We Love School’, ‘United education strike because it is serious’ and ‘for a worthy profession’ and ‘Fight for a quality public school’, among others.
STOP, comprising nine teachers’ union organisations, has reportedly planned another strike for October 6th, following World Teachers’ Day, celebrated the day before. »
