« Dozens of people were seen arriving at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv on Saturday after militants from Gaza entered Israeli territory.
Footage shows ambulances arriving at the hospital and rescue workers assisting the wounded, who could be seen lying down on hospital stretchers, to enter the medical centre.
According to the Israeli Health Ministry, at least 100 people have been killed and 900 have been wounded following Hamas attacks.
The Ministry of Public Health in Gaza confirmed that 198 Palestinians were dead and 1,610 were injured in the area.
Earlier on Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the country is ‘at war’ in his first public appearance after Hamas militants launched rockets from Gaza into southern and central Israel.
Leading Palestinian armed group Hamas launched a major attack in the early hours of Saturday, firing thousands of rockets at Israel and infiltrating its militants into Jewish settlements near the border with Gaza. »
